RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At GT Fashion Box, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process.
Return & Exchange Window
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and tags intact.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us via WhatsApp: 9930755392 within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Share your Order Number along with clear images of the product, packaging, and tags.
- Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
- We do not offer monetary refunds.
- Approved returns will be issued as Store Credit with a validity of one year, which can be used for future purchases on GT Fashion Box.
- Store Credit will be issued within 15 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.
- Courier charges may apply for Returns.
Exchanges
- Products may be exchanged for the same item or another product of equal or higher value, subject to stock availability.
- Any price difference must be paid before dispatch of the exchanged product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Customized or special-order products
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged)
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and your order details. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not already been shipped.
