Return Exchange Shipping Policy
Return Shipping
Once your return or exchange request is approved by GT Fashion Box, the product must be shipped to our warehouse within 48 hours of approval.
Self-Shipping
Customers may ship the product to our warehouse at their own cost using any reliable courier service. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and sharing the tracking details with us.
Reverse Pickup Service
For customer convenience, GT Fashion Box may arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner, subject to service availability in your location.
In such cases, the applicable reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer and may be:
- Deducted from the Store Credit issued, or
- Collected before arranging the pickup.
Packaging Requirements
Products being returned or exchanged must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- With all tags, accessories, and invoice included
Products received without original packaging or tags may not qualify for return or exchange.
